Referitor la ciuperci iti recoomand ...Draga Alina,<br /><br />Referitor la ciuperci iti recoomand (din hypermarket-uri) ciuperci uscate , mai exact hribi. Au un gust deosebit... si de preparat eu ii fac asa:<br /><br />1.ciupercile se lasa in apa sau lapte 10-15 min (initial cand le vei scoate din punga sunt lemn)<br />2.se curata 1-2 catei de usturori si se vor taia in bucati cat mai mici<br />3.se incinge bine o tigaie si se stropeste cu cateva picaturi de ulei de masline<br />4.se storc ciupercile de lichid si se arunca in tigaie impreuna cu usturoriul<br />5. se perpelsc la foc iute cateva minute<br /><br />Te rog sa incerci, nu se compara cu cele din conserva si nici cu "bibelourile" alea de ciuperci champignon fara gust, trust me.Danielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11497953365950799100noreply@blogger.com
